PCs (lvl 4): Sshisah, Ella, Merci, Endrill, Nuada, Olbis
Having explored the whole of the current level, the party rests for the night, and then reach the lower level by way of an iron ladder next to an underground waterfall.
They find the eladrin Olbis wandering the dark caves adjacent to the Black Lake, apparently on a quest similar to their own.
Together they approach the lake, which is in fact the lair of the young black dragon Nightscale.
The party fights the dragon, and manages to send her on the run. Among her treasure, they find the second coin of the God of Death.
