PCs (lvl 10): Broch, Levarion, Tarlyn

From the corpse of the malformed kraken, a dwarven woman comes out! This is Artham, a planar traveller and cook-extraordinaire. Artham joins the party to find a way back home.
The PCs return to the vampire Issem, to make good on their promise to free him from his curse, and allow him to escape the Doomvault. Things eventually turn sour, but the confrontation ends without any additional corpses.
The party returns to the Predator Pools, where they free a young dragon turtle from captivity, killing her naga jailor. Further ahead, they fight a band of acquatic trolls, before ending up in a vast room dominated by a pool filled with floating corpses. Several of the corpses come out of the pool to attack the PCs. Broch manages to turn the undead monstrosities to ash with his divine powers.
